Liberia 300kg Laundry Soap and Body Soap Production Line
From "Cloud-Based Trust" to "West Africa Landing"—Our Liberia Soap Production Line Project Successfully Delivered
Monrovia, February 3, 2026—With our engineers completing the final commissioning and pressing the start button, the fully automated soap production line ordered by our Liberian customer officially went into operation. From initial contact and establishing trust remotely, to the customer's in-person inspection in China, and finally to on-site installation and commissioning in West Africa, this project took only 8 months, becoming another classic example of our company "bridging distances with strength and winning the market with service."

Key Milestone 1: June 10, 2025 · Trust Established Without Factory Visit
The customer initially knew little about our company and, due to travel constraints, was unable to personally visit our factory in China. Facing this challenge, our sales and technical teams conducted multiple rounds of online video factory visits, live-streamed workshop operations, and provided successful case studies of previous exports to Africa, allowing the customer to clearly see our manufacturing capabilities, quality control processes, and after-sales service system locally in Liberia. On that day, the customer decisively decided to skip the on-site visit, directly placing an order and paying in full. This level of trust, where customers are convinced of the product's quality even before seeing it, is rare even in our foreign trade business.

Key Milestone Two: July 10, 2025 · Mold and Soap Design Finalized
The project entered the customization phase. The client wanted soaps of specific sizes, patterns, and ingredients. Our mold engineers communicated repeatedly with the client using 3D drawings and sample videos, confirming the mold details and final soap design in just 10 days, ensuring a seamless production process with zero rework.
Key Milestone Three: August 5, 2025 · Machine Production Completed
From order placement to finished product rollout, less than two months passed. Our production department strictly adhered to the schedule, completing the manufacturing and in-plant testing of the entire production line (including mixers, three-roll mills, refining machines, cutting machines, stamping machines, etc.) on August 5th. All core components passed durability testing, and performance parameters exceeded the client's expectations.

Key Milestone 4: August 20, 2025 · Customer Inspects Machine and Ships Satisfactory Shipment
The customer flew to China for a two-day on-site inspection at our factory. From no-load testing to mass production with materials, the hardness, weight, and texture of each bar of soap met or exceeded the sample standards. The customer gave a thumbs-up and signed for release on the spot. Subsequently, the equipment was shipped to Monrovia, the capital of Liberia.

Key Milestone 5: February 3, 2026 · Engineers Travel to Africa for Installation and Commissioning, Project Successfully Implemented
Upon the equipment's arrival, the customer immediately requested our engineers to provide on-site support. Our company promptly dispatched senior mechanical and electrical engineers to Liberia. In the hot West African climate, the team completed all equipment positioning, circuit connections, linkage debugging, and local operator training in just one week. On February 3, the production line successfully started up on the first attempt, stably producing qualified soap. At the commissioning ceremony, the client's general manager stated, "From online trust to actual operation, the speed and reliability of 'Made in China' have surprised us. We already plan to place additional orders."
