Product description

 

Automatic Servo Piston Filling Machine is a high-tech product researched and developed by our company. It is suitable for products of various viscosity such as water injection, semi-fluid and ointment etc,. It is widely applicable for filling of products in such industries as food, cosmetics, medicine, grease, daily chemical industry, detergent, pesticide and chemical industry etc. By adopting straight line filling model, it can be used to fill solutions of different types without the need of adding any spare parts.

Filling Nozzles
2/4/6/8/10 Customizable no-drop filling nozzles. Different sizes to fit different bottles, easy to be assembled.All the material contact part is made of stainless steel 316L.
Various Filling Range
10-150ml, 25-250ml, 50-500ml, 100-1000ml, 250-2500ml, 500-5000ml. With adjustable speed conveyor belt, and high strength stainless steel frame, firm and wear-used.
Servo motor control filling system
TECO Servo piston driven motor to ensure higher filling accuracy and more steady performance. Easier to adjust the filling volume,just input via touch screen.
 

Processes of Liquid Soap Production Line:

1. RO Water treatment machine: To remove impurities, ions and microorganisms from water to provide high-purity water as the raw material for (Lotion Hand Sanitizer Liquid Soap), ensuring product stability and safety.
2. Mixing Machine: Mix RO water, surfactants, preservatives, flavors and other raw materials in proportion, and dissolve or emulsify them evenly by stirring (heating or cooling is optional) to form the basic formula of (Lotion Hand Sanitizer Liquid Soap).
3. Discharging pump: The semi-finished (Lotion Hand Sanitizer Liquid Soap) mixed in the mixing pot is transported to the storage tank to realize the transfer of materials. Usually a corrosion-resistant pump (such as a centrifugal pump or a diaphragm pump) is selected.
4. Storage tank: Temporarily store the stirred (Lotion Hand Sanitizer Liquid Soap) to ensure production continuity. It may be equipped with stirring or heat preservation function to prevent precipitation or stratification.
5. Filling capping machine: The quantitative filling of (Lotion Hand Sanitizer Liquid Soap) into bottles, bags and other packaging containers can be divided into fully automatic or semi-automatic types to ensure accuracy and efficiency (such as volumetric or gravimetric filling).
6. Labeling machine: Automatically attach labels (such as product name, ingredients, capacity, etc.) to packaging to improve appearance standardization and production efficiency. Flat labeling or wrap-around labeling is optional.
7. Inkjet printer: Printing variable information such as production date, batch number, expiration date, etc. on packaging or labels usually uses non-contact technology (such as inkjet coding or laser coding) to meet traceability requirements.
