Custom Shape and Size: Supports standard square, round, oval, and irregular shapes (such as animals, flowers, geometric patterns, etc.) mold designs. We can precisely determine the mold cavity dimensions and demolding angle based on customer-provided samples, drawings, or concept sketches.

Logo and Pattern Customization: Corporate logos, brand text, anti-counterfeiting marks, or decorative patterns can be integrated into the bottom or side of the mold in raised or recessed form, ensuring clear, consistent depth, and high durability of the pattern on each bar of soap.

Free Mold Design Service (Zero-Barrier Development)

Clients only need to provide hand-drawn sketches, reference images, logo source files, or text descriptions, and our technical team will complete the 3D modeling and mold engineering drawing design free of charge.

During the design process, we will repeatedly confirm details with the client, such as pattern positions, embossing effects, draft angles, and parting lines, until the final design is completed.

Final Delivery: We can provide 3D renderings, 2D dimension drawings, and mold machining files (STP/IGS, etc.). Clients do not need to pay any design prepayment.

Packaging

Machine packing inside is plastic films and outside is fumigation wooden case. Our wooden case is very strong,it can bear long time shipping on the sea. And machine with preservative film,it can stop the salt sea water enter into the machine and make the machine corrosion.

Shipping

Upon receipt of payment , delivery date will be in 20days By Air, by Sea or by Express (DHL etc) Shipment cost will depend on the destination, shipment way,size and the weight of the goods.

Life-time warranty

Any problem caused by our party within one year from the date of shipment, we will provide free spare parts for the repair. After one year, we can provide the spare parts, but the user should pay for the related cost, including cost of the spare parts, delivery cost etc.
