The machine is a soap-forming production line with the production capacity of 100-500kg/h and the use of soap granules as raw materials. After raw materials mixed grinding, vacuum sliver, cutting block, can produce fatty acid content in 55-70% of the medium soap. The production line adopts vacuum stripping machine, which can make the soap structure compact and not easy to dry and crack.The production line is composed of mixer, three-roller grinder, stripping machine and cutting machine.
