Product Overview:

Production Process:

Mixing – Raw materials and additives are fed into the mixer and thoroughly blended until a fully uniform paste is achieved.

Milling – The mixture is then passed through a three-roller mill, where it is refined into a smooth, high-quality soap base with consistent texture.

Extruding – The refined soap mass is fed into the plodder, which compresses and extrudes it into continuous, dense soap logs.

Cutting & Stamping – The continuous logs are cut into individual bars by the cutting unit. An optional stamping device can be added to imprint custom logos or decorative patterns, giving the finished products a professional, retail-ready look.
