Our machine comes with a 12-month warranty from the delivery date, covering all non-wear parts (wear parts such as sealing bars, cutting blades, heating tubes, and sensors are excluded and need to be purchased by the customer when worn out). We provide free remote technical support via video call (WeChat, WhatsApp, Skype) 7×12 hours, along with English operation videos and a PDF manual for easy installation and use. Common spare parts are kept in stock and can be shipped within 3–7 days. On-site service is available but the customer bears the travel and labor costs. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modification, unsuitable materials, or external factors such as unstable voltage or humidity.

Q1: What weight range can this machine handle?

A: Standard models typically handle 100g – 1000g or 1kg – 5kg. We can customize the measuring system for small packs like 10g – 50g or large packs up to 10kg. Please let us know your required weight before purchasing.

Q2: What types of packaging film can be used?

A: Suitable for various heat-sealable laminated films such as OPP/CPP, PET/PE, PET/AL/PE (aluminum foil film), and paper/plastic composite film. It is not suitable for pure paper bags or woven bags without a heat-seal coating.

Q3: What is the packing speed?

A: Typically 20 – 40 bags per minute, depending on the packing weight (heavier = slower), powder flowability (better flow = faster), and machine model (semi-auto vs. full-auto).

Q4: Can this machine pack other powders besides laundry detergent?

A: Yes, as long as the powder is dry, free-flowing, and non-corrosive. Common examples include soap powder, bleach powder, flour, starch, milk powder, protein powder, coffee powder, chicken powder, pepper powder, spices, and even pesticide or fertilizer powder (check material compatibility first). Wet, sticky, or oily powders are generally not suitable.

A: The machine typically runs on 220V/50Hz (single phase) or 380V/50Hz (three phase), but it can be customized to your local voltage. Power consumption is approximately 1.5 – 2.5 kW depending on the heating temperature.

Q6: What is the packing accuracy (error range)?

A: The accuracy is typically ±1% – 3%, depending on powder flowability and the measuring method. For example, when packing 500g of laundry powder, the error is usually between ±5g and ±15g. If you require higher accuracy, we recommend an electronic weighing-type machine (higher cost).
