Project Background:

In 2025, a Ghanaian client specializing in the production of household chemicals sought to acquire a soap production line with a capacity of 1,000 kg/h. Following initial discussions, the client emphasized the need for high product quality and stable production performance. To ensure a successful partnership, we worked closely with the client throughout the entire process, covering factory verification, equipment trial runs, final acceptance, and subsequent installation and commissioning.

Phase 1: August 16, 2025 – On-site inspection and machine testing by the client's younger brother.

On August 16, 2025, the client's brother visited our factory in China. This was a crucial step prior to placing an order, aimed at verifying our production capabilities, equipment quality, and corporate legitimacy.

During the visit, he toured the production workshop, assembly area, and finished product display zone. We arranged a live demonstration of a soap production line with a capacity of 1,000 kg/hour. From raw material mixing, saponification, and extrusion to cutting and molding, the entire line operated smoothly; the resulting soap bars were uniform in shape, had optimal hardness, and featured consistent coloring.

The client's brother was highly satisfied with the demonstration results; he recorded videos of the trial run and the factory facilities on-site, immediately sending them back to Ghana to report to his brother.

Phase 2: The client officially places the order.

Shortly after the machine trial, the client’s older brother—the actual decision-maker—made a prompt decision based on his younger brother’s feedback and the trial footage. The two parties finalized details regarding equipment configuration, delivery schedules, and payment terms via email and video conference. Subsequently, the client formally signed the contract and paid the deposit, finalizing the order.

Phase 3: November 14, 2025 – Client’s brother visits the factory for inspection

Following the completion of manufacturing, the client’s brother visited the factory in China in person on November 14, 2025, to conduct a pre-shipment inspection. He focused on verifying that the actual equipment to be shipped matched the unit used during the initial test run, specifically checking aspects such as the material of key components, motor power, and the stability of the control system.

During the inspection, the production line ran continuously for over two hours, producing more than 2,000 kilograms of soap; the equipment demonstrated stable performance with no material jams or abnormal vibrations. Highly satisfied with the equipment's build quality and operational performance, the client’s brother signed the acceptance certificate on the spot and settled the final payment. The equipment was subsequently crated and shipped to Ghana.

Phase 4: May 2026 – Engineers Travel to Ghana for Installation and Commissioning

In May 2026, at the client's request, we dispatched two senior engineers to Ghana to assist with the on-site installation and commissioning of the production line. Upon arrival, the engineers completed equipment positioning, piping connections, electrical wiring, and no-load testing in just one week. Subsequently, a trial production run using raw materials was conducted, and the initial batch of soap fully met local market standards.

The engineers also provided systematic training to the client's operators and maintenance team, covering standard operating procedures, troubleshooting for common issues, and mold replacement methods. The production line is currently operating stably with a daily output of 8–10 tons, and the client has expressed great satisfaction.
