300 kg/h Laundry and Toilet Soap Production Line for a Nigerian Client

This is a successful turnkey project of a 300kg/h laundry and toilet soap full-automatic production line for a Nigerian client. The client established cooperation with our company in September last year and purchased a complete set of intelligent soap production equipment for local daily chemical soap mass production. We provided one-stop turnkey solutions including customized mold design, equipment manufacturing, delivery, on-site installation, technical training and after-sales warranty service. We effectively solved the client’s factory space limitation problem, successfully completed the production line installation and pre-production preparation, and won high recognition from the client.

The delivered 300kg/h laundry & toilet soap production line is a complete standardized equipment set, covering the whole soap production process with high automation. It supports stable mass production with soap noodles as raw materials. The complete equipment list is as follows:

After the cooperation was confirmed, our team designed custom exclusive molds for laundry soap and toilet soap according to the client’s product positioning and production requirements. We manufactured the equipment strictly in accordance with the client’s production standards and product parameter requirements. The whole manufacturing process was strictly controlled to ensure high precision and perfect adaptability to the client’s local production, guaranteeing the appearance, texture and overall quality of finished soap products.

After the completion of equipment manufacturing and strict quality inspection, we arranged professional logistics to deliver the complete production line to the client’s factory in Nigeria. Meanwhile, we provided 1-year full-machine after-sales warranty service to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment and eliminate the client’s worries about production and equipment maintenance.

To ensure smooth commissioning and production, our senior engineers provided on-site service from June 2nd to June 9th this year, responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, parameter calibration and professional technical training for the client’s staff. The client adopts soap noodles as the core raw material for production. Our engineers adjusted equipment parameters according to raw material characteristics to ensure the production line reaches the standard capacity of 300kg/h.

After arriving at the site, our engineers found that the client’s factory space was limited, and the conventional linear layout could not accommodate the complete production line, which would hinder installation and subsequent production. In response to this on-site problem, our engineers quickly optimized the layout scheme according to the actual factory space and production process, and adjusted the equipment to an L-shaped layout.

This optimized layout perfectly adapts to the narrow factory space without any factory renovation or extra cost for the client. It ensures smooth connection of each production process and coherent operation, causing no impact on the standard 300kg/h production capacity and production efficiency. The efficient solution fully demonstrates our professional on-site problem-solving capability and reliable project implementation strength.

All equipment installation, commissioning and staff technical training work were successfully completed during the on-site service. The client’s team has fully mastered production line operation, daily maintenance and basic fault handling skills, and the production line is ready for formal mass production.
