2. How long does it take to switch between laundry and beauty soap?

Changeover takes approximately 30–45 minutes. You will need to clean the mixing tank and extruder, change the mold, and load the new formulation. We provide detailed changeover instructions.

3. What is the difference in formulation between laundry and beauty soap?

Laundry soap – higher cleansing power, no or minimal fragrance. Beauty soap – milder, added moisturizers (glycerin, shea butter), fragrance, and color. Both start from the same oil-based saponification process.

4. What is the production capacity of this line?
