Product Overview
A soap production line is a continuous process from raw materials to finished product. A standard modern soap production line typically consists of the following core process stages:
Raw Material Preparation and Mixing: The production line first feeds soap granules or soap base into a high-efficiency mixer, while simultaneously adding fragrances, colorants, and functional additives (such as moisturizing ingredients) according to the formula. Mixing ensures the various raw materials are fully integrated, forming a uniform paste.
Mixing, Refining, and Grinding: The mixed soap material enters a three-roll mill. Three tightly pressed rollers with gradually increasing speeds repeatedly shear and grind the soap material. This process effectively mixes and grinds the soap, making its structure dense and uniform in density, and reducing the free alkali content. Some production lines also use a dual refining machine or a refining machine (twin-single screw) for further purification, ensuring the soap is fine and free of particles.
Vacuum Extrusion and Cutting: The refined soap material is extruded into dense, smooth, continuous soap bars through a vacuum extrusion machine, effectively removing air bubbles. Subsequently, the automatic soap bar cutter cuts the soap bars into uniform soap blocks according to the set dimensions. A dual-function machine can complete printing while cutting, improving efficiency.
Printing and Packaging: The cut soap blocks are fed into the printer (embossing machine) to emboss the brand logo or pattern on the surface. High-pressure stamping ensures a full soap shape. Finally, the packaging process includes a freezer (shaping), an automatic cartoning machine, a case packing machine, and a case sealing machine; some advanced production lines have already implemented palletizing. Scrap materials from production are recycled and reused through the system, achieving "zero waste."

Step 1: Mixer
This mixer is built for thorough blending of raw materials in soap production. It fully incorporates various auxiliaries, additives, and fragrances during granulation, following the required formula. The unit effectively merges soap tablets with both liquid and solid ingredients, delivering even and consistent mixing. Color pastes and other agents dissolve completely into the soap base as a result.

Step 2: Three Roller Mill
Designed for soap refining, this machine features three horizontally aligned rolls rotating at different speeds. Refinement occurs through pressing and squeezing between adjacent rolls. Built from high-quality stainless steel with precision oil-bathed gears, it ensures long life, low noise, minimal wear, and high reliability. The rolls are cast from a special alloy, offering outstanding hardness and wear resistance.

Step 3: Vacuum Soap Plodder
This plodder grinds, refines, and presses soap material into bright, dense bars using upper and lower screws that work together. Its motor and reducer are separate for optimal performance; the lower screw speed is adjustable to control output. A matching vacuum pump is required for operation.

Step 4: Automatic Soap Embossing and Cutting Machine
This fully automatic unit embosses logos and cuts soap bars to specified lengths (60–1000 mm), running in sync with the plodder. It features a compact, space-saving design, stable operation, and an intuitive touchscreen interface similar to a smartphone.
