1000-2000kg/h Fully Automatic High-Speed Soap Making Machine – Complete Production Line for Laundry Soap & Toilet Soap

This is our fully automatic soap production line with a capacity of 1000-2000kg/h. We successfully completed a project in Uganda for this production line, and our engineers went to the site to assist with installation and commissioning. The main machines included in this soap production line are mixer, three-roller mill, double-layer vacuum plodder, soap cutting machine, and soap stamping machine.

Below are the detailed introductions of each machine:

Mixer:The machine is equipped with motor and reducer, drive the stirring shaft and stirring blades to rotate at a constant speed to fully stir the soap noodles with various additives.The function of the mixer is to fully stir the various raw materials poured into it. It uses a spiral stirring method. The machine is equipped with an engine. There is a discharge port under the mixer. The mixed soap particles and additives are transported to the three roller mill through a conveyor belt.

Three-Roller Mill:The machine has three rollers that crush the ingredients into thin flakes more thoroughly, allowing the ingredients to blend together better and cut them into smaller strips through adjacent plates.(It’s used to mix soap noodles and other additives sufficiently, make the soap structure tight and improve soap’s density and quality.)

Double-Layer Vacuum Plodder:This machine is used to refine, exhaust and extrude the after-grinding soap particles to change the molecular arrangement of the soap body,making them arrange neatly into strips,to be used in molding.This machine uses vacuum forming technology to make the soap have a tight structure and not easily dry out.(Plodder is used to grind, refine and press soap material into soap bar. )

Electric cutting machine:This machine is mainly used to cut large soap blocks into soap bars. The knife distance can be adjusted according to customer requirements to cut soap bars of different sizes. The cutting speed can also be adjusted and the operation is simple.

soap stamping machine:This machine can print various soaps with different patterns, different fonts, different shapes and grams. The printed soap fonts are clear, smooth and beautiful. Our soap stamping machine can print three pieces at a time. A soap stamping machine can print three pieces of toilet soap at a time is suitable for large-scale output. Generally, it can print about a ton of soap in one hour.The soap mold on the printer can also be replaced and customized.The mould is made of copper material with high strength, durability and high thermal conductivity. 

Raw materials for soap production:

Our customers in Uganda usually use palm oil to produce raw materials. This is a saponification tank which is used to mix palm oil, caustic soda and water. After the mixing process, the soap solution is transported out using a pump and dried. Finally, it is made into soap granules using a soap noodle machine.
