Soap Making Machine Small Beauty Soap Production Line Chemical Soap Plodder Machine
We offer complete toilet and laundry bar soap production equipment lines with capacities ranging from 100kg/h to 2000kg/h. Our laundry soap production line includes mixing systems, three-roller mills, double-screw double-layer vacuum plodders, refrigeration units, vacuum strip cutting, and soap cutting machines.
- Mix all materials using mixing agitators, grind soap noodles with three-roller mills, form soap bars with vacuum plodders, and cut soaps with stamping machines
- Distribution boxes control all machine motors, while conveyors transport soap materials

Our electronic laundry soap cutting machine features continuous automatic cutting of soap bars from the plodder into cakes or stamping patterns. With electronic tracking system, it can cut laundry soap bars of different sizes and weights after computer setting. The mold wheels are driven by soap bar movement from the plodder, ensuring clear characters, vertical ends, smooth and neat surfaces, and easy operation.
Soap Production Line Process
Mixer
Equipped with motor and gearbox to fully stir soap flakes with various liquid and solid additives. Provides thorough and uniform stirring, completely dissolving color paste and additives into the soap base to meet different customer formula requirements.
Three-Roller Mill
Features three horizontally arranged rollers operating at varying speeds. Soap particles undergo squeezing and shearing on the roller surfaces to achieve optimal grinding effect.
Double Layer Vacuum Plodder Machine
Composed of two-stage discharge screw system. The primary stage functions as a single refiner machine to manufacture soap noodles under vacuum. At the final stage, soap noodles are compressed, squeezed, and continuously output as soap bars.
