This machine is mainly used for transparent soap and extruded soap bars coming out of the plodder. It performs continuous automatic roll printing, block cutting, and moulding. Equipped with an electronic cursor tracking system and computer settings, it can cut any size and weight of transparent soap after the settings are completed, relying on the advancing soap bar to drive the operation. The weight accuracy of the finished soap is ±1 g. The machine can correctly roll the brand or pattern into the middle of each soap piece. The finished soap cuts are vertical and parallel, resulting in a beautiful appearance and high speed. Cutting output and speed depend on the plodder.
