The twin-screw extruder is composed of two single-screw extruders, each with its own closedreduction transmission system. The extruder extrude and knead the soap flakes, thin short strips, soap powder and othersoap making raw materials after mixing and grinding into a continuous plastic soap body for printing and finalizing in theprinting factory. The machine adopts double single-screw extruders, driven by a bottom Variable frequency motor, with awide speed regulation range, which perfecty matches the printing process. The extruder is equipped with a temperaturecontrolled electric heating device to ensure that the soap body has good internal strength and appearance quality.

This machine has two stages, driven by independent transmission system. The first plodder is acting as a simplex refining to make soap pellets in the vacuum condition. In the final plodder, the soap is pressed and extruded out in billets through the orifice to feed the downstream cutter or stamper. The screws are made of high quality stainless steel or aluminum alloy, which are strong corrosion-resistant and durable for long production. All other parts which are in contact with the soap are made of high quality stainless steel. The production capacity can be adjusted by the VFD or the electromagnetic speed regulation motor.
