After being mixed and ground, soap fakes, thin strips, soap powder, and other soap making raw materials are converted into continuous soap blocks. The twin-screw extruder consists of two single-screw extruders, each equipped with its own closed reduction transmission system. This extruder kneads and extrudes the blended and ground soap flakes, thin short strips, soap powder, and other raw materials, forming a continuous plastic soap body that is then sent to the printing factory for printing and finalizing. The machine employs double single-screw extruders driven by a bottom-mounted variable frequency motor, which provides a wide speed regulation range and perfectly aligns with the printing process. A temperature-controlled electric heating device is fitted to the extruder, ensuring that the soap body achieves both good internal strength and excellent appearance quality.
This machine features two stages, each powered by its own independent transmission system. The first plodder functions as a simplex refiner, producing soap pellets under vacuum conditions. In the second (final) plodder, the soap is compressed and forced through an orifice to form billets, which are then fed to a downstream cutter or stamper. The screws are manufactured from high‑quality stainless steel or aluminum alloy, offering strong corrosion resistance and long‑term durability for continuous production. All other components that come into contact with the soap are also made of high‑quality stainless steel. Production capacity can be adjusted via a VFD or an electromagnetic speed regulation motor.
Product Description: Soap pieces, thin strips, soap powder, and other soap raw materials are mixed and ground into a continuous soap bar. The double‑screw plodder (soap plodder machine) consists of two single‑screw shaft units, each utilizing its own closed deceleration transmission system. This plodder kneads and extrudes the stirred and ground soap flakes, thin short bars, soap powder, and other soap‑making materials into a continuous plastic soap body, which is then sent to a printer for printing and shaping. The machine adopts a double‑single‑spiral outlet configuration, driven by a lower frequency conversion motor. The motor provides a wide speed regulation range that can be well matched to the printing process. A temperature‑controlled electric heating device is installed at the outlet to ensure the soap body possesses good internal strength and excellent appearance quality.

The strip machine offers a wide range of speed regulation, utilizing both an electromagnetic speed regulation motor and a frequency conversion motor frequency converter to adjust the speed, which is well suited for pressing and printing operations. A temperature‑controlled electric heating device is provided at the large strip outlet.
Regarding transmission smoothness, this machine employs an upper and lower two‑stage single‑screw series configuration to produce bars. A vacuum chamber connected to a vacuum pump is placed between the two stages, resulting in high‑quality soap bars.
The soap bar machine is capable of handling continuity soap, transparent soap, and other types. It extrudes and kneads soap‑making raw materials—such as soap flakes, thin strips, and soap powder—that have been stirred and ground, forming a continuous plastic bar‑shaped soap body. This soap body is then used by soap printers for printing and shaping, and by cutting machines for cutting and shaping (including transparent soap).
