The entire production line operates as a seamlessly automated, interconnected system—spanning mixing, milling, refining, extrusion, and final molding—requiring a workforce of just 6 to 8 people to manage the complete operation. By integrating variable frequency drives with intelligent temperature control, the system ensures smoother operation and rapid product changeovers, making it ideal for continuous, long-term production and effortlessly capable of handling large-volume orders.
Equipped with a dual-circuit cooling system: a high-temperature chiller unit circulates coolant to the refiner and twin-screw vacuum extruder, ensuring the machinery maintains a constant temperature and facilitates uniform, non-stick discharge; simultaneously, a low-temperature unit cools the molding dies, enabling rapid soap solidification and easy demolding. This process results in soap bars with smooth surfaces, crisp and intact patterns/logos, and a flawless finish—free from air bubbles, pockmarks, or cracks.
By simply swapping molds and making minor parameter adjustments, the system can produce a diverse range of soap products—including standard bath soaps, shower bars, hotel-sized guest soaps, and facial cleansers—in various shapes, weights, and fragrances. It supports the uniform blending of a wide array of additives—such as fragrances, colorants, and moisturizing agents—thereby meeting the stringent quality requirements for mid-to-high-end daily chemical products.
