According to the soap formula requirements, the mixer agitator thoroughly mixes the soap granules with other additives, while simultaneously breaking the soap granules into fine particles to achieve the best processing effect.

Operational Procedure:

The Sigma-blade mixer is designed for manufacturing a broad range of soap products, such as laundry soap, transparent soap, and specialty grades. It provides effective blending of base materials, fine soap pellets, and even incorporation of additives, auxiliaries, and fragrance.

The standard workflow is as follows:

  1. Load 100 kg of soap pellets into the mixer.

  2. Start the machine.

  3. Introduce the remaining additives in sequence, with fragrance added last.

  4. Blend for 5–10 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.

  5. Slowly open the discharge gate and let the material fall onto the conveyor belt.

  6. Adjust the discharge rate to suit grinding and conveying requirements.

This process ensures complete and consistent combination of soap pellets and additives. Color paste and other ingredients dissolve fully within the soap mass, thereby guaranteeing stable product quality.
