According to the soap formula requirements, the mixer agitator thoroughly mixes the soap granules with other additives, while simultaneously breaking the soap granules into fine particles to achieve the best processing effect.

Operational Procedure:

The Sigma Blade Mixer is designed for manufacturing a wide range of soap varieties, such as laundry soap, transparent soap and custom specialty soaps. It achieves full blending of raw soap stock, yielding fine soap noodles while evenly dispersing additives, auxiliary agents and fragrances inside the mixture.

Standard operation steps:

  1. Load 100 kg soap noodles into the mixing tank.
  2. Turn on the mixer.
  3. Feed other additives one after another, and add fragrance in the final step.
  4. Keep mixing for 5–10 minutes until all materials reach a homogeneous state.
  5. Open the discharge outlet gradually to release materials onto the conveyor belt.
  6. Modify the discharging rate based on grinding and conveying demands.

This blending procedure enables complete homogenization between soap noodles and ingredients. Colorants and additives can be fully incorporated into the soap mass, stabilizing consistent finished soap quality.
