Product Overview
This fully automatic soap production line is designed for high-volume manufacturing of laundry soap and toilet soap. With capacities ranging from 300kg/h to 2000kg/h, it meets the needs of small startup factories as well as large-scale daily chemical manufacturers. The production line covers the complete process from raw material weighing, mixing, refining, bar extrusion, cutting, to stamping and shaping. It achieves fully automatic continuous production, significantly improving efficiency while reducing labor costs. The equipment is CE certified and has been successfully exported to more than 30 countries and regions including Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South America.
1. Mixer
The mixer is used for blending and saponifying raw materials such as oils, alkali, water, and additives. It features a double-shaft design with heating function to ensure even mixing and complete chemical reaction. The mixer is the first and most critical step in producing high-quality soap base.
2. Three Roller Mill
The three roller mill refines the soap base by passing it through three hardened rollers. It removes lumps and creates a smooth, uniform, and fine texture. The gap between rollers is adjustable, allowing different levels of fineness according to the soap formula.
3. Double Layer Vacuum Plodder
This machine extrudes the refined soap base into a continuous soap bar under high vacuum. The vacuum removes air bubbles from the soap, resulting in a dense, flawless bar. The double layer design helps cool the soap and maintain its shape during extrusion.
4. Soap Cutting Machine
The soap cutting machine cuts the continuous soap bar into individual soap blocks. It offers adjustable cutting length with high precision. The machine runs smoothly and can handle high-speed production without damaging the soap shape.
5. Soap Stamping Machine
The stamping machine presses logos, brand names, and decorative patterns onto the surface of each soap block. It supports double-sided stamping at a speed of 40-60 pieces per minute. The molds are interchangeable, allowing quick changes for different designs.
