Our machines come with a one-year warranty, excluding improper operation. During the warranty period, we provide free repair parts and remote technical support for failures caused by manufacturing defects. Wear parts (e.g., seals, filling nozzles), as well as damage resulting from liquid corrosion, incorrect voltage, unauthorized disassembly, or improper operation, are not covered.

Q1: What types of liquids can this machine fill?
A: This machine is suitable for low to medium-high viscosity liquids, such as liquid soap, hand wash, shampoo, liquid detergent, and lotion. It is not suitable for foaming liquids, pure water-like thin liquids, or liquids with large particles.

Q2: How do I clean the machine after use?
A: Run warm water or a suitable cleaning solution through the machine until the output runs clear. For sticky or corrosive liquids, we recommend disassembling and cleaning the piston and seals immediately after use. Do not use sharp tools that may scratch the cylinder.

Q3: The filling volume is inaccurate. What should I check?
A: First, check for air leaks in the inlet tube and worn piston seals. Seals are wear parts and should be inspected every 3–6 months. Also ensure the liquid viscosity is within the machine's range and that there are no air bubbles in the liquid.

Q4: Can I run this machine 24/7?
A: This machine is designed for intermittent production use. For 24/7 continuous operation, we recommend adding a spare set of seals and scheduling regular cooling and maintenance breaks.

Q5: What is the power requirement?
A: Standard voltage is 110V or 220V, 50/60Hz, single phase. Please confirm your local voltage before connecting. Damage caused by incorrect voltage is not covered under warranty.

Q6: How do I adjust the filling volume?
A: Filling volume is adjusted by changing the piston stroke length. Refer to the manual for the adjustment screw or handle location. Each head can be adjusted individually.
